Time to invest in a new camera…
For my first post I thought I should do an interview on myself so you can get a sense of my style. I would classify my personal style as “chic-y/punky”. More than 50% of the clothes I wear are black and I prefer dark lip colours over bright ones any day (as you can see in my all black erry’tang picture on the side)
This picture was taken before I bleached my hair so I looked more “gothy” (?) than I actually am. Sadly, I have a very crappy camera so it’s not as clear as I would like it to be but… this ‘ootd’ was taken at McMaster University for their style club.
That day I was wearing a light grey jacket with a black collar from Urban Planet ($10), a black long sleeve turtle neck crop top from Bluenotes ($2.50) and black shiny leggings from Stiches ($5).

In this picture you can see a close up of how my make-up was for that day. I went for my everyday thin black eyeliner and white under-eye look, exaggerated my Penny Proud Monroe (Proud Family reference) and wore Maybelline’s “midnight plum” lipstick. ($3 from a makeup warehouse) The embroidery on my glasses also went great with this outfit which I got from Clearly Contacts for $149.00 :’( (R.I.P bank account) The necklace was a gift my sister got from a friend so sadly I’m not exactly sure where it was bought or how much it was but you can get these types of necklaces from jewellery stores like Ardene’s or Claire’s for $5.00-$9.00. |
Thank you for reading my first post, hope you liked it!! Stay tuned for more J
